I have dreams which are renewed on a daily basis. There are dreams that I can attain by working hard to make them come true. There are others that I wish for the people on Earth. In my opinion, dreams are what keep us going and getting out of bed in the morning. If you do not have a dream, what is the use of being alive?

DREAMS
THE BEST IS YET TO COME
Sometimes it seems like the sky is crumbling down on your head; the ground is opening up and you are being swallowed by the bottomless hole. You drop down, down, so far down. And when you think you cannot sink any deeper, sadly, you do.
Then, from very far away, you hear a voice whisper: Hang on! The best is yet to come! It is a
whisper because you are so deep in the pit that all the positive words seem to
reach your ears as a fine whisper; soft and almost inaudible. The faint voice,
which might belong to someone you know and love or a complete stranger, repeats
the expression so many times so as to make it sink in your heart; brand it on
your soul like a hot iron. However, first it goes into one year and out the
other. The words make no sense at all at first because how can you expect the
best when all you see is the worst.
All of
this changes when you are in the opposite situation; when you are at the top of
the hole and someone is down at the bottom. So deep down that you can barely
see them, and you scream from the top of your lungs: Hey, the best is yet to
come! Hang on! Don't give up! I can assure you the best is yet to come! You
have been in that sad situation before and you know that even though it seems
like it's a bottomless pit that you have fallen into, you will eventually be
able to climb out of it , one step at a time and enjoy what is on the outside.
So, if
by any chance one day you fall into that hole again, remember the best is yet
to come no matter how long it takes.

An Angel at the Bank
An Angel in the Bank
Mask on. In line at the bank keeping her feet on the
marked spaces in order to keep socially distant. Mind wandering in what the
future will bring. So many issues had to be resolved. I am the owner to an
institution that trains people to care for the elderly. Startled she looked at
the elegantly dressed woman in her 60s. Pardon me? Were you speaking to me?
Yes, I said that I train people to care for the elderly. You do. That´s astonishing.
(Astonishing because that was what the young girls was thinking about as she
waited her turn to move along the line.) Do you have a business card? I just teach
people. I do not own an agency. I understand that, but you can recommend someone,
can´t you? Yes, for sure. But I do not have any cards on me. You know what, check my website, Doracare
and send me a message. My name is Regina. Regina, the queen, the young girl
thought. She was wondering how on earth that woman had read her mind. Do you
recommend people according to their neighborhood? Certainly. It is the best
thing nowadays with the covid-19 virus lurking around. If some one lives closer
to the elder, it is the best deal.
The line moved along and as she walked into the agency;
the young girl let out a cry lifting a heavy load off her shoulders. God is
good. Always. Get in touch when you need the helper. I will. Thank you!
With that, each one when on with their errands.

Fire...We´re on Fire
It has been so hot lately in the southern hemisphere.
There are those
who are grateful for the heat in the 30´s C near 40´s.
There are
others who are aware that it is only but Spring.
Forests and
farmlands are on fire.
All the
creatures that live there are running for their lives.
Big hearted
people are trying to help those whose paws have 3rd degree burns.
Brave
people are trying to control what is uncontrollable.
There is pain.
There are
cries.
There are
tears.
There are
fires burning in the northern hemisphere.
Flames that
perhaps started with a flick of a cigarette.
Brush fires
that are spreading so quickly killing the livestock.
Hot red scorching
blazes burning down million-dollar homes.
Ridding
homeowners of their memories composed on photographs and sheets of paper.
Artwork
melting off the walls; all colors turning into ashes.
There is
pain.
There are
cries.
There are
tears.
The world
has a high fever.
Mother Nature is screaming for help.
The blue planet,
which is made up of mostly water, is on fire.
It seems
like Mars isn´t the only red planet in the universe.
