Dealing with change is not an easy thing to do.
At first, your whole world shatters especially, when
you were not part of the decision.
It was made for you and now you must deal with it.
You need to adapt to someone else´s idea, which was
not studied, or the end results which were not discussed.
Why can't people just work together as a team?
Why can't people accept that just because you have a
little more power and are at the top, are not better than those who are below them?
Funny how people in high positions do not worry about
the mental health of those who need to adapt to the changes over night which
they have implanted.
Funny how those people easily forget that they are in
that high position because they were placed there by those whose lives they are
messing up with.
Funny how these people show no gratitude nor
compassion.
Perhaps their plan is to destroy it all instead of
growing and improving.
Perhaps their main objective is only money, income,
dough, the green.
Perhaps they are just plain evil.
